Take the Purpose Test

The Purpose Test is a series of four surveys designed to assess the level of purpose in your organization.

Survey I is intended to gauge whether or not your organization has a purpose in place. Survey II will gauge whether or not your organization is currently built to make a difference in the marketplace. It will also give you an idea of the level of work that needs to be done to create an organization capable of making a real difference in the marketplace. Survey III is intended to gauge the extent to which you are behaving like a purpose-based leader, and Survey IV is intended to gauge whether or not you are bringing the purpose of your organization to life in a way that is relevant and relatable to employees, customers, and other key stakeholders.
